Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every puja to be meaningful. This policy explains rescheduling, cancellations and refunds.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule an online puja free of charge with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. Muhurat-bound pujas (such as festival pujas) may have limited alternative slots.

Cancellations

If you cancel more than 72 hours before a confirmed puja, any advance paid is refunded in full. Within 72 hours, we may retain costs already incurred (samagri purchased, travel booked for tirth pujas). Within 24 hours, advances are generally non-refundable but can usually be applied to a rescheduled puja.

If we cancel

If we must cancel (illness, travel disruption, technical failure), you may choose a new date or a full refund of amounts paid.

Technical issues

If a live connection fails on our side and cannot be restored, we will reschedule at no cost.
