Please note

Puja can be a calming spiritual support, but it is not a treatment for anxiety or depression. If worry or low mood lasts for weeks or affects daily life, please speak to a doctor, counsellor or mental-health professional. If you feel unsafe, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline now.

Which puja is done for peace of mind & anxiety?

Rudrabhishek

रुद्राभिषेक · 1.5 – 3 hours

Shiva as the still centre; the cooling abhishek is associated with a calm mind.

Dakshina (online): From $101

Nothing is charged online; dakshina is confirmed before the puja. Refund & cancellation policy

Starting dakshina; the final amount is confirmed before the puja. We do not promise outcomes: families perform these pujas to seek blessings, as tradition describes.

When do families consider this puja?

  • Ongoing worry, restlessness or trouble sleeping
  • A stressful period: exams, job change, illness in the family, or a move abroad
  • The Moon is afflicted in the chart, or Sade Sati is running
  • Wanting a regular spiritual practice to feel grounded

What can the family do at home?

  • Sit quietly for 10 minutes morning or evening and chant 'Om Namah Shivaya' or the Gayatri mantra slowly.
  • Monday: offer water or milk to a Shivalinga; Monday is the Moon's day.
  • Keep regular sleep, daylight and movement; pranayama like anulom-vilom helps many people.
  • If worry or sadness lasts for weeks or affects daily life, please talk to a doctor, counsellor or helpline.

What should you tell the pandit at the sankalp?

Name, gotra and birth details, and a simple wish: 'for peace of mind, good sleep and inner strength.' You do not need to share anything you are not comfortable with.

How does the online puja work from abroad?

Our pandits in India lead the puja live on Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp video. Your family performs the offerings at home with a samagri list we send in advance, and the muhurat is confirmed in writing in your local time and IST. You receive the recording afterwards. Frequently asked questions

Which puja helps with anxiety?

Rudrabhishek, Gayatri Havan and Vishnu Sahasranama Path are traditionally performed for peace of mind. Daily mantra practice at home is just as traditional.

Which planet is linked to the mind?

The Moon (Chandra). Astrologers look at its sign, house and aspects, and at Sade Sati, which is counted from the Moon.

Can a puja treat depression or an anxiety disorder?

No. These are health conditions that respond to professional care. A puja can be a comforting support alongside it, never instead of it.

What if I feel unsafe or in crisis?

Please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline right away, or reach someone you trust.

Is there a simple daily practice?

Ten minutes of slow mantra chanting or breathing practice, at the same time each day, is a good start.

Can I do the puja privately?

Yes. Only you and the pandit need to be on the call, and the sankalp can be kept simple.
